Dehydrated vegetables are fresh vegetables from which the water content has been removed using controlled drying processes such as hot-air drying, belt drying or spray drying. This preserves nutrients, aroma and colour while dramatically extending shelf life to 12–24 months.

Most of our dehydrated products have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months when stored in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Spray-dried products may have a shelf life of up to 24 months. Each batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis specifying best-before dates.

Yes. All Tanisi products are 100% GMO-free. Our raw materials are sourced from non-GMO certified farms and our processes do not involve any genetically modified organisms.

Our standard dehydrated onion powder has a moisture level of ≤5%. We can customise to tighter specs (e.g. ≤3%) on request for certain markets.

Yes. Every batch undergoes multi-residue pesticide screening at our in-house lab and is verified by third-party labs (SGS, QSS, Geo-Chem). We comply with EU MRL and CODEX Alimentarius standards.

Our MOQ is typically 1 MT (1,000 kg) per item. For certain specialised or spray-dried products, MOQ may be 500 kg. We can discuss lower quantities for sample orders or new product trials.

Yes. We can provide samples for evaluation. Sample quantities are typically 100–500 g per product. Shipping charges apply. Contact us through our website or WhatsApp to request samples.

Tanisi primarily serves B2B clients — food manufacturers, seasoning companies, distributors and wholesalers. We do not currently supply to individual retail consumers.

We export from Pipavav Port and Mundra Port, both located in Gujarat, India. These ports offer excellent connectivity to Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia-Pacific.

Delivery timelines depend on destination and vessel schedules. Typically: 7–10 days for production after order confirmation, 5–7 days for vessel booking, plus transit time to the destination port.

We provide: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), MSDS, Phytosanitary Certificate, Country of Origin Certificate, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice and any custom documentation required by the importing country.

Yes. All our raw materials are sourced from certified farms in Gujarat, Rajasthan and other agricultural regions of India. All processing, quality testing and packaging is done in our facility in Mahuva, Gujarat.

We offer flexible packaging from 1 kg to 25 kg. Standard options include multilayer kraft bags, polypropylene bags and vacuum-sealed packs. Custom packaging and retail packing can be arranged.

Yes. We offer private label packaging for qualified buyers. You can have our products packed under your brand name with your artwork and label specifications. Minimum quantities apply.

Yes. We manufacture to custom specifications. Please share your target moisture content, mesh size, colour value and any other parameters and our QC team will confirm feasibility.
