Quality Control

What We Test

Each batch undergoes rigorous testing across multiple parameters before dispatch.

Moisture Content
Measured using Karl Fischer titration and moisture analyzers. Target levels: ≤5% for most products. Low moisture prevents microbial growth and extends shelf life.
Microbiology
Total plate count, yeast & mould, E. coli, Salmonella and Coliforms tested as per ICMSF standards. Batch released only after negative pathogen results.
Pesticide Residue
Multi-residue pesticide screening using GCMS and LCMS. Compliant with EU MRL (Maximum Residue Limits) and CODEX standards.
Colour & Aroma
Visual grading using ASTA colour standards. Organoleptic evaluation by trained QC personnel. Colorimeter reading for objective measurement.
Mesh Size
Granule size verification using standard Tyler mesh sieves. Ensures uniformity — critical for seasoning blends and automated food processing lines.
Documentation
Full traceability: CoA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS, Phytosanitary certificate, Country of Origin certificate, and customs documentation provided with every shipment.
